The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to provide a critical role within Technology Solutions & Data Security.
About the Business Unit
The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) delivers a justice and community safety system that works to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria.
Technology Solutions is delivering the Data and Digital Reform Agenda, which focuses on meeting the departments data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes.
About the Role
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Proven experience working as a delivery lead on large ICT transformation projects/programs with a focus on delivery planning and execution to achieve program objectives in a structured agile delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing Agile frameworks and associated delivery models for successfully project delivery.
- Solid experience managing cross functional teams and strategic partners including overseeing key deliverables.
- Proven knowledge and experience managing outcomes of Test, Transition, Release and Operational Management and Delivery teams.
