**About The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager, the prime responsibility for the Concierge / Office Assistant is to provide a high level of customer service and organisation for Ventia Corporate Office in the Richmond Area.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for corporate event management for internal and external events from the Cremorne office, including overall space booking, budget co-ordination, event planning, Audio Visual setups, catering and event delivery.
Other duties include:
- Assisting guests and visitors at reception
- Assist with facilitation of other events across Ventia Group corporate office locations
- Complete sorting of mail
- Maintain overall presentation of the office
- Assist with logging facilities issues and accompanying contractors when on site
- Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration and Challenge
- Provide support to other Ventia Group corporate sites as required
**About You**
The successful applicant will have extensive experience working in a similar role, ideally in a large complex organisation accompanied with the following:
- The ability to build successful relationships, thus establishing trust
- Background in hospitality or events management preferable or project and event management experience
- Experience managing budgets and external suppliers
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
