Agile Coach working for one of the Big 4 Banks in Sydney CBD

**Your new Team**
You will be working in the Finance Delivery team within a Big 4 Bank, this team is responsible for delivering some of the most exciting and critical transformation projects across the bank.

**Your new role**
As the Agile Coach, you will provide ongoing coaching to the Leadership team, projects team, stakeholder partners and vendors regarding the Agile principles, practices, and roles. Your responsibility includes ensuring the overall business objectives for the adoption and advancing of agility, and lean practices are met. You will provide hands-on training, guidance and coaching on all aspects of agility to guide teams and leadership towards improved ways of working.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach within Financial Services
- You are an expert coach, mentor and facilitator who can take people along on the agile journey
- Have the ability to adapt and change your approach based upon the person or team involved
- Understands large complex organisations dynamics and how change is managed in large organisations
- End to end value stream optimisation
- Consultant on Design Thinking and best practices to create collaboration and test and learn to ensure solutions address customer needs
