**About the Role**
As an Area Sales Manager, you will manage a territory based in and around Northern Victoria Independent supermarkets, visiting up to six independent stores daily. You’ll be on the road every day, equipped with a fully maintained vehicle (including personal use), phone, laptop, and iPad. This role requires a self-starter who thrives working independently and is ready to continuously reinvent strategies for success in a dynamic environment.
While FMCG experience is essential, this role offers a supportive team environment where you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, ensuring success across your territory.
**Responsibilities**
- Achieve sales and execution targets across the independent grocery channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these to achieve business goals.
- Execute and maintain in-store trade standards, including layouts, displays, and stock rotation.
