Position Overview

\

This role encompasses the key responsibilities of Area Sales Manager - Eastern & Central Victoria, focusing on building relationships with rural retailers, agronomists, and independent advisors across the region.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing these relationships while supporting the UMS sales team in growing and servicing client connections.

\

In addition to relationship building, this role requires continued personal development, representing the business at field days, conferences, and industry events, as well as a solid understanding of agriculture/agronomy, sales experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a valid driver's license.

\

The location is flexible, allowing for a base in either Central or Eastern VIC. A proven interest in forage and pasture seeds is highly regarded.

\
