As an **Area Manager**, you will take ownership of a defined collection of units (retail concessions, premium and corporate dining spaces, or tournament operations such as player/media areas). This is a senior role within the AO operations team, requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to deliver excellence at scale.

**The Position**:
In this role, you will:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple units, ensuring consistent delivery of Levy standards.
- Act as the key escalation point for Unit Managers and operational leaders within your area.
- Be accountable for labour management, cost control, and workforce planning across your units.
- Provide on-the-ground support during operational peaks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders (internal and external) to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
- Drive consistency and efficiency across all areas under your leadership.
- Report on performance, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions.

**The Person**:
