About The Role** Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Site Operations Supervisor will:* Oversee day to day operations of construction zones during bump-in and bump-out, as well as during Tournament* Be an active presence across the event build site, identifying safety concerns and risk issues that may require intervention or control.* Coordinate and communicate with contractors, clients, staff and event personnel regarding site procedures and venue restrictions and AO expectations* Foster a positive work environment onsite with suppliers and stakeholders* Coordinate Plant, Labour, and Logistics for the completion of tasks during Bump-in, Event and Bump-out**About You** *What you will bring to the role:** Major Event Experience, with exposure to Overlay, Operations, Logistics* Contractor management experience (desirable)* Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage quickly with people from a diverse range of background.* Ability to think quickly, be agile, solution driven, and problem solve.* Valid Construction Induction Card (or State or Territory equivalent) is compulsory.* Current Victorian Driver’s license (desirable)* Current Forklift license (desirable)* Must provide own safety boots and work clothes for bump-in and bump-out.* You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckNot only will you receive a rewarding and enriching experience through being immersed in the culture of the event; but you will see the tournament come to life with your own eyes and be one of many that contributes to the success of this grand slam.
