**Graceville Centre** provides support to individuals living with a disability and/or mental illness. All Graceville services are conducted by working with individuals in a strength based and recovery focused framework. Graceville Centre operates 9 programs that provide support to clients either onsite or in their own homes.

**About the role**:
We have a current vacancy for a coordinator based at **Graceville centre (Nambour).** The position can be **part-time (0.8 or 0.9 FTE) or full-time,** and hours/days are negotiable. In this exciting opportunity you will **lead, develop and direct** multiple disability and/or mental health programs toward their primary objectives of supporting and empowering individuals and families within the community to increase their independence, maintain their wellness, and ultimately improve the quality of their life.

**Pay range for this role is $49.07 - $51.24**

In addition you will;
- Develop and implement program specific operational plans
- Ensure programs are delivered in line with contractual obligations
- Assist in the development of high-quality service delivery frameworks
- Ensure team practices are informed by client experience and feedback
- Drive collaboration and strong working relationships
- Undertake recruitment, performance appraisals of staff and provide coaching and management to a team
- Represent the service at forums and networking events

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Possess a tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy or other human service field
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be able to understand, at a high level, complex case management and delivery of services.

Highly desirable:

- Registration with APHRA or AASW
- Mental Health Accreditation
- Experience in delivery Dialectic Behavioural Therapy
- Qualifications in management, leadership and/or business

In addition you will;
- Hold a current Australia drivers licence Maintain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Maintain a current disability services positive exemption notice card;
- Maintain a current working with children card;
- Maintain full vaccination for COVID19;
