**Job Overview**:
As a Casual Support Worker at Hamilton Care, you will provide essential care and assistance to clients in your area. This is a flexible role where you set your availability, and clients book you based on your profile and schedule. You will assist clients in a variety of settings, helping them with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation, ensuring they can live independently and confidently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality, person-centered support to clients based on their needs.
- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement.
- Follow individual care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and their families.
- Update availability and service offerings regularly through the Hamilton Care platform.
- Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in disability or personal care (NDIS experience is a bonus).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable, flexible, and compassionate.

Pay: From $47.50 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
