**About the Company**

Our client, a leading provider of workplace injury and illness services, is currently seeking a National Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you will provide short-term support to teams across Australia during periods of planned and unplanned leave, staff unavailability, or changes in capacity.

Your demonstrated skills and knowledge as a Rehabilitation Consultant will enable you to undertake short-term deployments and provide telehealth and potentially local services.

With over 30 years of experience, the company has provided a range of services to minimise the social, physical, psychological and financial impact of workplace injury and illness and to maximise the health benefits of good work. They believe that working delivers innumerable health, social and financial benefits, and their goal is to seamlessly guide people through the recovery process to return to better health and productivity faster.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing telehealth and local services across Australia as required
- Conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

**What you will need**:

- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Demonstrated ability to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant and consistently meet KPIs
- The ability to quickly understand the challenges and opportunities in a caseload
