Seeking a suitably qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join a dynamic Allied Health Team. The Therapist primary purpose will be to facilitate a successful return to work with their same employer for a worker that has been injured, providing and recommending appropriate assessments and pathways to recovery.

We are looking for an enthusiastic & dedicated Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity

**Role includes;** mixed caseloads, disability, aged care, rehabilitation, return to work same Employer Rehabilitation. You will be engaged when there is a risk of a delayed return to work, or if the worker is not progressing as expected in their recovery at work.

As a consultant you will become the expert facilitator of the return to work and recover at work process, communicating clearly and frequently with the worker and all stakeholder's employer, treating doctor, scheme agent, family and others, to develop a clear and collaborative action plan.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- **Qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy**:

- **Full AHPRA Registration**:

- Valid National Police Clearance
- Ability to build rapport quickly & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem solving, prioritizing & time management skills.
- An understanding of a Workplace Assessment, and the ability to complete the task analysis and write the
report.
- Ability to prepare for and conduct a medical case conference to achieve the intended outcome.
- Write a medical case conference summary that addresses the agenda, outcomes, and next actions.
- Ability to identify succinct and relevant barriers to a case return to/recover at work goal and articulate.

- Develop appropriate strategy and actions in line with SMART goals.
- Ability to work independently and effectively time manage themselves while ensuring that all assessments, appointments and stakeholder communication is achieved effectively.
