**About the role**

As a National Rehabilitation Consultant, you will provide support to Kairros teams across the country in the event of both planned and unplanned leave, staff unavailability, changes in capacity or specific customer requirements.

Using your demonstrated skills as a Rehabilitation Consultant, knowledge of a range of different state schemes and your ability to quickly understand the challenges and opportunities in a caseload, you will undertake short term deployments, providing telehealth and potentially local services to support the operations of any of our teams across the country at times of capacity changes. Your expertise will be value and required to build and support our CTP customers, as well as Worker’s Compensation.

Given the National nature of this role, an attractive salary and benefits package will be negotiated, commensurate with the experience of the successful applicant.

**As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Qualifications & registration in any of the following
- Occupational Therapy (highly regarded), Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Demonstrated ability to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant and consistently meet KPI’s
- Adaptability to deal with dynamic changes in your work requirements
- Experience and knowledge with CTP Legislation
- Ability and willingness to travel inter-state / inter-region and undertake short residential stays will be favourably considered but is not essential
