Cyber Training Specialist

Join a high-performing security training team dedicated to protecting Australia's global diplomatic presence. As a Training Specialist, you'll shape the security knowledge and capability of staff by designing and delivering innovative and engaging training solutions across multiple formats and channels.

Location: ACT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate training for departmental and partner agency staff.
  • Design diverse and inclusive learning solutions, materials, and eLearning content.
  • Review and improve training programs to align with evolving security policies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess needs and refine training content.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in government training development, delivery, and coordination.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience across learning platforms—face-to-face, virtual, eLearning, and blended formats.
  • Knowledge of PSPF and organisational security frameworks, or the ability to quickly learn them.
