**Tell me about this role**:
We are currently looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This varied role is essential to the success of the business. A strong change management background is essential as well as a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on tasks that may be outside of your job description. This role will be part of team that will be delivering cutting edge autonomous technology that will hep shape the future of the Australian land forces.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Prepare data for presentation to management.
- Assess and identify change impacts
- Prepare change management plans
- Help to develop change management strategy
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Experience in a land environment (desirable)
- Experience in a regulated or safety environment (desirable)
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
