**About The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of the position is to provide a range of administrative and customer service tasks, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Customer service to both internal and external customers
- Administrative support through the triaging and actioning a suite of customer requests across the department
- Coordination of responses to Councillor and Mayoral requests
- Undertake the end to end processing of permits, licenses and registrations
- Maintaining stock of stationary and uniforms to support the needs of departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Prove support to specialist areas including cemeteries and immunisation, which may at times require work at different locations

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to deal with sensitive information
- Customer focused and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
