**You will be responsible for**:

- Corporate communications - provide support and advice to the development and delivery of communications to specific internal and external audiences.
- Project communications - plan, develop and execute communications to support major projects.
- Social media - administer social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as responding to comments and private messages.
- Websites - maintain and develop websites, including regular reporting on website traffic and performance.
- Promotion - support the development of promotional campaigns including events program, as well as membership and fundraising campaigns.
- Design and production - coordinate the design, production and distribution of all marketing and communications, including electronic and printed materials.

Additional duties:

- You will Support the development and ongoing management of the brands, including management of style guides and brand templates.
- Assist with delivering a wide range of events
- Assist with post event/implementation reports, including coordinating customer surveys and gathering necessary information as required to evaluate the performance of marketing activities and events.
- Build and maintain highly professional and productive relationships and partnerships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure Engagement deliverables are met or exceeded.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Selection Criteria

The following selection criteria are mandatory:
1. At least three (3) years’ demonstrated experience in a similar marketing and/or communications role

2. Excellent written communication skills, including proven ability in writing and editing high-quality and engaging content for a broad range of internal and external audiences.

3. Excellent social media skills, with proven ability to develop and deliver engaging content across a variety of platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter.

4. Proven knowledge of and experience in design and print production processes.

5. Proven knowledge of and experience in content management systems (CMS) for maintaining websites, as well as electronic direct mail (EDM) platforms, of any kind.

6. Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute a variety of projects and tasks, often simultaneously, from inception to completion within set timeframes.

7. Excellent computer knowledge across the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

8. must hold and continue to hold a current motor vehicle Driver’s Licence; and have the ability to successfully complete any Police or other required checks

The following selection criteria are not essential, however highly desirable and would be an advantage:
1. Experience in developing, planning and delivering events.

2. Basic or intermediate skills in any of the following or similar:
a. Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)

b. MailChimp and/or Campaign Monitor

c. Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Analytics

3. Experience or awareness of the requirements of working in, and an enthusiasm for, heritage, cultural tourism, regional attraction management sectors, not-for-profit organisation environments.

4. Experience in working with a member
- and/or volunteer-based organisation.
