**The Company**

Our client is a household name, and operates in the insurance space, working to improve the lives of people across Queensland. They are currently looking for a strategic and passionate Service Delivery Lead to champion best practices and modern software delivery methods and tools.

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced in portfolio management and skilled in leading teams to successfully deliver technology programs within scope, budget and on time whilst adhering to governance frameworks.

This is a strategic role that requires staying on top of many moving parts, thoroughly understanding the interdependencies of all projects and truly caring about their successful outcomes.

You'll be comfortable to clearly articulate current and future states of the digital transformation to the steering committee, portfolio governance committee and stakeholders.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong experience in a portfolio manager role or equivalent
- Lead and support program managers in the delivery of programs, projects and initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills essential
- Outcome-focused solution creation experience
- Thorough understanding of ICT program delivery
- Ownership of the relationship with our client’s external assurance provider
