**Position Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor’s purpose is to assist in implementing site quality assurance in compliance with the quality standards to ensure that standards are met of high quality products and to assist in achieving the Genus and clients goals
- Assist in conduction good practice trainings, in-process inspections, identifying defective works, conducting in-house testing, and in-house quality assessment.
- Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
- Provide key strategic leadership and guidance for site commissioning personnel to make sure of a safe and prompt testing of products.
- Ensure that the Commissioning Team work within accordance of all regulatory bodies to ensure safety, environmental & health and commissioning procedures are followed correctly
- Monitoring of the daily works including HSE field reports via Myosh.
- Liaise with engineering department to ensure timely completion of work.
- Preparing Work Methodology and JHA’s.
- Assist in the creation of Instrumentation and mechanical Work Packs/Test Packs.
- Ensure all work packs and job cards are kept up to date and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.

**Position Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction, Engineering, or other related field of study.
- Section 44 Appointed Persons Training.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance projects.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
