We have an exciting opportunity for a
**Quality Assurance Analyst** to join our dynamic Student Systems team. Our Quality Assurance Analysts ensure the quality of our projects through a holistic lens that encompasses system testing, training and support.

In this role you will be an integral part of a small, agile cross-functional team of solution designers and business analysts, collaborate as part of the team to provide innovative process improvement solutions, create project-related training and other support documentation and organise/deliver training and support activities as required.

Additionally, you will prepare test specifications and update existing test specifications as required. Create and maintain relevant project documentation, develop & carry out realistic test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality project outcomes that meet the requirements of the business.

This position would suit an analytical individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. You will have a vibrant, can-do attitude and a strong focus on high-quality project outcomes and exceptional user experiences.

You will bring to the role:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create specifications, guides and other documentation in clear and user-friendly language
- Experience in system testing with a quality and user-focussed approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
- Experience with Technology One Student Management (Student One) or within a tertiary education environment would be highly regarded
