Joining Komatsu Australia as our **Regional Service Manager** means stepping into a role where your expertise and leadership can make a significant impact. The Southern Region encompasses South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. You will be accountable for operational performance and profitability across 8 branches and 160 employees spread throughout these locations. This is no small feat and requires someone who is experienced in managing large multi-site operations.

**Role Located**:Campbellfield, Victoria

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Experience in a senior management position (7+ years)
- Industry-specific experience required (Earthmoving, Mining, & Construction Equipment)
- Strong commercial management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to implement corporate policy
- Customer-focused approach
- Decisiveness and effective delegation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good analytical and conceptual skills, with computer literacy
- Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety requirements
