**The Opportunity**:
This role, which reports to the Regional Commercial Manager, is directly in charge of handling the administrative tasks for the Southern Region Management Team. The job supports the Regional General Manager and Regional Commercial Manager by managing a wide range of duties such as:

- Providing administrative support and ensuring workflow smooth running, maintenance of records, meeting room, diary management and ordering of supplies.
- Creating and maintaining confidential employee files, including workcover and medical invoices
- Organisation of executive committee meetings, functions and events, including OHS meetings, employee engagement meetings and regional reviews
- Arranges travel and accommodation, including expense reimbursement.
- Maintaining all Southern Region information, including training records, fleet management and records and issuing purchase orders.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A minimum of five years experience in administration, reporting to the senior management team
- An understanding of organising and coordinating events and meetings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and issuing purchase orders.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and prioritise.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise sound judgement, use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and oral.
