**The Opportunity**:
Join our team as a **Regional Commercial Manager** Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll oversee all commercial, financial, and administrative aspects across South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.

You'll work closely with the Regional Management Team and Branch Managers to ensure strategic plans are met while driving operational efficiency and fostering growth.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree certified in Business, Accounting, Commerce, or the like
- 5 + years’ experience in a similar position/relevant industry experience
- Membership of ICAA or CPA
- Authentic and confident communicator, who is clear, concise, and collaborative
- A motivating leader who can coach and mentor direct report/s to succeed
- A self-motivated individual who can execute both individual and team goals
- Demonstrates initiative to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements
- Working and practical knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance in accordance with local legislation
- Highly analytical with keen attention to detail
- Intermediate to advance excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP (desirable)
