**How will I help?**
As a Data and Reporting Analyst your primary goal is to help the teams within Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention (FCFP) best utilise and understand their data.
You will be accountable for the design, build and implementation of operational reporting, analytics and tactical solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for the production teams with within Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention.
You will be responsible for the analysis, extraction, and cross-examination of data to support FCFP stakeholders. This includes managing the daily processes relating to data sourcing and maintenance. You will be receiving and analysing feedback from users to improve systems and automating processes.
You will develop new and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will be enhancing and maintaining data management processes that support workflow processes.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will have strong data extraction skills in SQL. Experience with python is desirable.
You will have a good understanding of databases and data structure and have proven knowledge of VBA and Access Databases. Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau data visualisation tool is highly desirable.
You will have strong written and oral communications skills and have the ability to source and understand business requirements of your stakeholders.
