**Cranbrook Care is looking for a Residential Services and Relations Manager to join the team at our state of the art aged care residence, Bella Vista Gardens located in Bella Vista in Sydney's Hills District**
Bella Vista Gardens is a carefully considered modern residence offers all of the comforts of home, in an elegant, architecturally designed and very personalised environment.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Residential Services and Relations Manager**,** you will be responsible for leading and managing residential services and sales, as well as, leading and managing a residence-based team to effectively and efficiently run residential services including laundry, kitchen, property, cleaning and client services.
This is a full time permanent role.
You will:
- Lead and manage the efficient and effective delivery of residential services in a manner that is caring and respectful to residents and staff
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of services that are responsive, inclusive and sensitive to diverse resident needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019 Australian Work Health & Safety legislation and NSW Food Authority regulation.
- Lead and execute sales activities to deliver occupancy targets and Lifestyle Services Targets
- Be able to learn our internal systems and programs.
- Work with the Finance team and your direct leader to develop the annual residential services budget.
**ABOUT YOU**
This role will suit a customer focused individual with sound business acumen who has a passion for the Aged Care Industry.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience in aged care/hotel services supervision and/or equivalent level in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated experience in sales including meeting sales targets
- Experience in leading a diverse team including strong capability in managing staff performance and development
- Expert knowledge of Australian Work Health & Safety legislation and NSW Food Authority regulation
- Solid working knowledge - or a willing to learn - of Australian regulatory requirements related to aged care
