**About the Role**:
Your key responsibilities will include:
**Processing Payroll**: Accurately manage weekly and fortnightly payroll processing, ensuring timely and precise data input.

**Invoicing**: Create and send invoices promptly, maintaining an organised record of transactions.

**Costing and Purchase Orders**: Manage cost calculations and create purchase order numbers efficiently.

**Contractor Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with contractors, addressing financial queries, following up timesheets, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

**High-Volume Efficiency**: Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks without compromising accuracy.

**Organisational Mastery**: Exhibit top-notch organisational skills to streamline financial processes effectively.

**Contractual Obligations**: Understand and uphold contractual obligations, maintaining financial integrity.

- Proven track record in accounting or finance roles, with experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
