Your new company

Our Client is the largest supplier of day old chicks and point of lay pullets to the Australian Egg industry. Based in Bagshot, close to the city of Bendigo, the employ approximately 140 staff.

Your new role

This role primarily undertakes Accounts Payable and Receivable duties, undertakes company banking, and reimburses employee expenses. Other general administrative duties will be required, as relevant to the role and its operating environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Coordinator as needed, to ensure company procurement processes are being followed.
- Undertake company banking.
- Prepare payment batches and send to the Financial Accountant for review.
- Process supplier correspondence in a timely manner.
- Make reimbursement payments for employee expenses in line with procedure. Filing and archiving as required, including that of supplier correspondence.
- Respond to internal enquiries, ensuring that you direct individuals to the most appropriate contact where the query is outside of your role responsibility or knowledge.
- Other administrative tasks as required, in line with your skills and experience.
