Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre have a vacancy for a Business Administration Traineeship with our host company located in the Bendigo area.

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties include**:

- Undertake administrative and related duties as required to ensure the best quality of support and the effective functioning of the area.
- Maintain a centralised filing system for records in the area to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information.
- Provide support with in-house scheduling system for business activities and staff.
- Provide reception duties as first point of contact.
- Invoicing through Xero accounting software.
- Exposure to CAD design software.
- Support any improvements in administration processes and systems to ensure they meet requirements, standards, changes, and growth demands.
- Maintain and process documentation, records, and data, in accordance with agreed procedures and standards.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Be committed to fulfill the formal training requirements and complete a Certification in Business.
- Have a methodical and organised approach to work.
- Willingness to learn, work safely, and be a team player.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
