**About the Role**

The administration officer plays a key role in the receival and accurate timely completion of customer sales orders, while supporting site and regional hub administration activities.

**Duties**
- Telephone response for internal and external customers
- Customer sales orders acceptance, entry and checking if required
- Dispatched sales order verification including customer credit/invoice adjustment
- Outbound sales truck loading

**Skills & Experience**
- A sound knowledge of general accounting and administrative functions
- A thorough understanding of the MS Dynamics and Microsoft Office systems
- Strong verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills
