**About the role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, Categories and Commercial, you will support the wider Category Management team by providing a broad range of analytical support focused on procurement activities through spend analysis, KPI Reporting & benefits reporting. This is a great opportunity to join a highly capable team and to progress your procurement career. Internal promotions happen regularly.

You will also work with the team to assist in the end to end management of strategic procurement to develop and implement allocated sourcing and category initiatives.

With a wide number of strategic, commercial and business development activities underway at any one time, the Procurement Analyst will provide critical support in progressing these activities.

**About the Person**
- You may be an experienced procurement graduate with 6 to 12 months of procurement support experience, or you may be a procurement officer or buyer looking to take a step up into a procurement analyst role.
- You will have some data gathering, analysis and reporting skills that you have obtained by working in another role.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement processes including negotiations, contract management and supplier relationship management will also be favorably looked upon. You will have excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
