A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Analyst with LCL and FAK experience to join our Moorebank office in Sydney on a maternity contract for up to 12 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all LCL rate negotiations and provide feedback to Co-Loaders on rate and service level requirements
- Attend core carrier meetings (including QBR’s) with Co-Loaders together with the Sea Freight Product Manager
- Take a leadership role for LCL development and growth of our own FAK Consolidation Program to achieve maximum utilisation
- Provide internal training to Commercial/Pricing teams throughout Australia and New Zealand for self-help solutions and effective pricing on Key Trade Lanes
- Review and maintain Australian Röhlig local tariffs
- Handle local and overseas enquiries relating to LCL rates and services
- Troubleshoot and problem solve any LCL issues that arise
- Take ownership and manage our own Röhlig Consolidation Programs; liaise directly with key overseas contacts to strategise all loadings
- Support LCL Tender requests within the specified timeframe
- Coordinate LCL BMSB season instructions for Australian imports
- Support and cross train with the Procurement team where necessary

**Skills required**
- Familiar with ocean freight procedures and understanding of freight forwarding
- Strong LCL and FAK product knowledge
- Experience with Cargowise system (CW1) preferred
- Previous experience in a Commercial role (i.e. pricing, sales support, procurement etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivating and goal orientated with ability to work under pressure
- Able to work collectively and independently and is flexible with hours due to nature of role and peak seasons (e.g. tender season)
