**THE ROLE**
**Are you**:
- Experienced professional that promotes a coordinated and efficient approach to governance, program scheduling and cost controls to ensure that decisions are made, opportunities are progressed, and issues are managed with the benefit of program wide experience?
- Passionate about managing a high performing team that fosters innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement enabling insights and impactful approaches to issues.
- Can do approach - solution focused bringing a constructive lens to problems in the face of changing and challenging circumstances?
- Effective at collaborating to build common commercial support frameworks, policies, systems and approaches across the Maintenance Delivery Transformation that are fit for purpose, drive efficiencies and demonstrate impact and value to an organisation?
- Supplement Homes Victoria assurance processes and provide a layer of independent expertise.
The Program Scheduler, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's maintenance transformation program, being the Program Scheduler within the delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.
This role will suit an experienced Project or Program Scheduler who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Develop and maintain master program schedules, project interdependencies and scheduling standards, including the development of portfolio reporting to identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project cost control standards including relevant input into portfolio reporting to identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues
