Junior Copywriter

**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 4 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions.

We are on the hunt for a super-hungry and talented junior copywriter to join the Kin and Software squad. You'll play a critical role in shaping the tone of voice of the two brands, creating and executing campaigns, and delivering work that has a real impact on the lives of Australians.

**What you'll do**:
As a Junior Copywriter in the Growth team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Be a driving force for bringing creative ideas to life across the business.
- Write engaging copy across all mediums, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, EDMs, print, radio, tv, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate with videographers, designers, and media buyers to bring your ideas to life.
- Help plan, coordinate and direct shoots with our team of talented creatives.
- Social-first creative ideation. You're always coming up with new formats, angles, and hooks to test on paid and organic socials.
- Analyse feedback and research insights to iterate on successful work and spark new ideas for content.
- Willing to get your hands dirty, ready to learn fast from experts in their craft.
- Make the complex simple: We're on a mission to simplify healthcare, and we want our content to reflect this.

**Experience required**
- 1+ years experience in copywriting, specific experience in advertising or social content is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for social trends. You live on social media more than you'd like to admit, and you know what makes exciting, engaging content.
- Adaptability and an understanding of how to work to a specified tone and voice, and with brand-led strategic messaging.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in creative agency or technology startups.
