We're looking for a talented Copywriter to join our national award-winning creative team based in Pyrmont in a hybrid capacity. Working across some of our biggest clients, you will have a knack for brilliant storytelling and creating strategic, innovative, and impactful ideas.

**You’ll be responsible for**:
Reporting into our Group Creative Directors, this role will involve:

- Collaborating with a talented Art Director and wider creative team to conceptualise award winning ideas and copy that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Ideating creative concepts that push the boundaries across integrated brand platforms, social, OOH, broadcast etc.
- Interpreting creative briefs from our creative, strategy and client services teams.
- Attending client meetings to articulate and sell ideas that our clients will love and that demonstrate HumanKind thinking.
- Maintaining brand tone-of-voice consistently and effectively.
- Leaning into feedback to refine and enhance your creative ideas.
- Being a mentor to the junior members of the team by supporting and providing constructive feedback and pushing for best work.
- Staying on top of cultural and social trends and new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior relevant experience (5 years) in a creative agency.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your passion for creativity and flair for writing brilliant, innovative copy.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Self-motivated, calm, relaxed with a great sense of humor.
- A real passion for brilliant creative and strategic insights.
- A natural leader and a real team player who enjoys collaborating to make world class work.
