**About the Role**:
We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in developing engaging and persuasive copy across various platforms. You'll work closely with senior copywriters and creative directors to brainstorm ideas, write compelling content, and support the team with ad-hoc requests.

**THE TASK AT HAND**

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- Develop a strong understanding of our target audience and tailor copy to resonate with their needs and interests.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling stories that effectively sell our products or services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both short-form and long-form writing styles.
- Conduct basic keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Proofread and edit all copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of copy with visuals.
- Support senior copywriters and creative directors with ad-hoc requests and project management tasks.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA**
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field (or be on track to graduate).
- Advertising agency internship or graduate program experience (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of tone of voice and the ability to adapt writing style accordingly.
- Exceptional writing skills with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
- Proven ability to brainstorm creative and engaging content concepts.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
