**About the role**

Working within our Functional Team we are responsible for the end to end Recruiting and Onboarding solution and liaising with the third-party vendors supporting this program of work. As the escalation point for the support team, this role will be the conduit between the business and the vendor.

Reporting into the Functional Team Lead (Recruitment & Onboarding) you shall enjoy autonomy and a collaborative team.

You shall be involved with:

- External vendor management including meeting organisation, support incident review and analysis, and managing the overall relationship with third party vendors.
- Execute allocated system configuration and prepare associated documentation using a broad range of techniques including, data and systems analysis, requirements gathering and interpretation, process flows, configuration set up, and test execution; with simple, clear, unambiguous and concise language.
- Review and provide feedback and input to designs for system improvement and proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities for optimal business outcomes.
- Respond to requests for information and clarification from internal and external service providers responsible for supporting systems and Talent Acquisition Cloud-related processes.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis, documents and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions for an integrated environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus whilst continuing to prioritise conflicting requirements.
- Experience managing internal and external relationships, including the ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a high-performance environment.
- Experience within a customer service role, preferably technically focused with an interest in how technology works and an ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well as individually.
