Account Executive (Communication Compliance)
**Must have Banking domain experience of at least 5 years.**
**Responsibilities**:
Drive sales to achieve business goals and meet annual quotaProvide direct sales support and collaborate with cross-regional teams.
Generate new business through direct touch and partner networks.
Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client engagement.
Create and maintain a customer-facing presence, building strong relationships.
Master a deep understanding of customer strategies and compliance goals.
Develop account and sales plans aligned with customer compliance strategies.
Provide critical insights to enhance market leadership and credibility.
Analyze business situations to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Drive NICE response to customer challenges, improving position for proposals.
Establish and maintain high-level relations with customers, including C-level executives.
**Requirements**:
5+ years of direct touch software solutions/sales in finance industry.
Proven track record of year-on-year achievement.
Strong relationship and value-based software/SaaS sales experienceExcellent communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
Self-motivated team player with experience in new business enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with Cloud sales solutions in the Financial Markets sector.
Direct sales and end-user customer engagement experience.
Existing finance sector relationships and client management skills.
Ability to build customer trust and supplier credibility.
**Budget**:
OTE 320,000 AUD (60/40 split). Experience selling communication-related software, banking experience, and understanding of Cloud technologies preferred.
**Salary**: $280,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
