We have an exciting opportunity for a well-versed Sales and Brand Manager to join our motivated team in either Huntingwood NSW or Scoresby VIC. Work amongst our dedicated and passionate sales and service functions to establish and lead a brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:

- Manage, support and develop the retail team, to ensure their activities result in the achievement of budgets and targets in compliance with corporate goals and objectives.
- Establish and lead a new brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- To present, promote and sell products and services to external customers while providing support to Sales and Service.
- Drive New, Used and STR Order intake and ensure financial results are met in line with budget.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and track compliance to sales procedures in dealing with customers and prospective customers.

Requirements for success:

- Experience in the Material Handling equipment sales or related industries within Australia.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing a brand.
- Experience in sales leadership and execution of successful sales strategies.
- Desirable tertiary qualifications including Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management Certificate, Advanced Sales Management, Courses, Basic Finance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
