**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive **State Sales Coordinator** to support our Head of Sales and broader sales leadership team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations through expert administrative support, coordination, and communication across the Food pillar.

**In this Role**
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Sales
- Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and prioritise workflow
- Organise travel, accommodation, and event catering
- Maintain efficient office systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Prepare invoices, manage supplies, and track mail
- Record meeting minutes with clear actions and follow-ups
- Generate reports and collate data for operational planning
- Support seasonal events such as Expo and Easter

- Have experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments
