**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will manage collection activities for all customers within the ledger whilst mitigating risks associated with unpaid debts.
- Actively listening to the customer to gain a good understanding of issues they are experiencing and providing best fit solutions that, allow you to expedite appropriate actions as necessary.
- Identifying customer accounts that require escalation and or prompt actions
- You will maintain unallocated cash across the ledger and proactively contact customers for remittance advices for any
unallocated payments
- Having strong attention to details, you process according to transaction type, recording accurate information including complaints in the various systems you follow up customer enquiries to the end
- Enquiries that are unable to be resolved at first point, you create tasks for a Salesperson to action, record and
escalate customer complaints
- You educate the customer on digital / self-serve options available to them

**What makes you great**
- You have a high degree of attention to detail and good time management skills ensuring deadlines are met
- Experience in credit and collections is beneficial together with a desire to learn
- Furthermore, you have the ability to build effective relationships using your solid verbal and written communication skills
- Your strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation and decision-making skills are key for this role
- In addition, you have strong attention to detail, knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel
