Since listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:COS) in January 2020 COSOL has acquired 3 businesses; AddOns in North America and Clarita Solutions and Work Management Solutions in Australia. In addition to strong underlying growth these acquisitions offer real revenue synergies and strengthen COSOL’s vision to become the pioneers of **Asset Management as a Service** (AMaaS).

**About the Position**:
With growth of over 200% in the past 2 years driven organically and through acquisition, we are now looking to appoint a talented **Digital Marketing Specialist** who will be responsible for the continuing enhancement of COSOL’s digital presence and delivering an integrated digital strategy aligned to COSOL’s vision and strategic objectives.

With the role based at our global headquarters in Brisbane, you will be at the centre of a worldwide team. Through developing strong professional relationships, you will be regarded as an integral business partner that supports the delivery of the Group’s strategic objectives.

The scope and scale of this role will require you to support the development of processes and systems improvements within the Marketing team and the wider business.

**Key tasks will include**:

- Supporting the development of a new corporate website in partnership with the Marketing Manager and external agencies as a priority project
- Platform management, maintenance and optimisation of COSOL website
- Developing and implementing an integrated social media plan
- Content planning, publishing and posting across all digital channels
- Preparing analytical reports across website, social media and campaigns
- Developing a digital story telling capability and engaging content such as website, infographics and video
- Research and recommendations to inform decision making around investments in digital environment.
- Developing internal communications such as staff newsletters and presentations
- Support traditional advertising, promotional and PR campaigns as needed

**About You**:
To be successful you will be required to hit the ground running. So, you’ll need to have at least 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing and website development role.

In addition:

- Ability to develop and align appropriate digital tools for marketing and communications initiatives
- Ability to measure, optimise and report on marketing and comms activities
- Highly developed understanding of digital marketing environment with broad range of platform experience
- Specific experience working with **WordPress**, **PHP**, **HTML/CSS** and **SEMrush** essential
- Creative Cloud/Photoshop, Electronic mail, LinkedIn Campaign, video editing and other digital tools also highly valued
- Well-developed planning and project management skills
- Experienced working in close partnership with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver digital content and comms initiatives
