We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their senior leadership team as a **Personal Assistant / Office Manager**, based in their dynamic Port Melbourne office.

**The Opportunity: Personal Assistant / Office Manager**:

- (Full-time or part-time to suit school hours)_
This dual-role opportunity is perfect for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive team environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, while providing high-level support to the senior leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities** **As Personal Assistant (PA)**:

- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organise and take minutes during leadership and department meetings
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist with personal errands and logistics, as needed

**As Office Manager**:

- Oversee general office operations (supplies, vendors, maintenance)
- Act as the main contact for all facility-related matters
- Manage office budgets, expenses, ordering, and invoicing
- Plan and coordinate internal events and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Onboard new hires (desk setup, system access, welcome materials)
- Coordinate office IT and equipment needs in collaboration with IT support

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
