**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer, in this role, you will manage the procurement process, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain excellent supplier relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for negotiation and organization, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan for restocking to avoid shortages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Analyse market trends and supplier performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
