Paragon is privileged to operate cellar doors and restaurants in magnificent locations, and we are seeking an individual with the passion and commitment to lead our brand home marketing.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to take the role of Estate Marketing Manager. This role will support the destination marketing of our unique brand home properties.

**The purpose of this role is to**:

- Create and execute a marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition.
- Promote the Estates and brand homes as tourism & epicurean destinations and broaden the customer visitation experience.
- Develop holistic programs designed to maximise visitation and awareness
- Amplify the estate credentials for hospitality and lead event and sponsorship alignment to boost brand equity.
- Oversee direct to consumer and e-commerce business units to ensure we build an efficient and premium customer experience.
- Drive sales of wine, wine club memberships and winery experiences to increase revenue and contribute to memorable and loyal visitation.
- Lead and develop 3 direct reports - dedicated Wine Club Managers at 3 Estates.

**About You**

As the brand home custodian you’ll have the ability to wear multiple hats, with an understanding of hospitality and the consumer journey on-site as they visit our Award Winning Restaurants, Cellar Doors or a variety of destination events. This position requires someone with notable experience in Marketing with an understanding of and passion for customer service and wine
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing across various disciplines, with experience in the Hospitality industry advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in Social Media, eCommerce etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity and innovation.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient with SEO & Google Analytics.
