We are looking for a newly licensed Real Estate Agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation with a supportive, experienced team while earning rewarding commissions. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+

Responsibilities

- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Participate in regular team training sessions
- Follow up with leads consistently until they’re ready to meet with a buyer or listing agent
- Stay in touch with past clients via phone, email, and text to remain top of mind for future home purchases
- Track and report on team performance with monthly and quarterly sales summaries
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries and convert qualified leads into active clients
- Keep the CRM system updated with the latest client info to ensure the team has accurate, real-time data

Qualifications

- A Real Estate License is required
- A valid Driver's License is required

Compensation

$150,000 at plan
