In this role, you will generate new opportunities, guide clients from consultation through closing, and strengthen your reputation in the market. You will also learn to leverage proven lead systems, benefit from ongoing coaching, and thrive in a collaborative environment designed to help you stay consistent and close more deals.

Responsibilities

- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process

Qualifications

- Great communication
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends

Compensation

$140,000 at plan
