We are looking for a licensed real estate agent, with a broker license or willingness to obtain one, who is motivated to lead, grow, and guide a team of professionals. If you are passionate about leadership and committed to building through systems, structure, and accountability, this opportunity is for you. Licensed leaders in this position can expand their own production while developing others and earning rewarding commissions as the team grows.
In this role, you will focus on agent development, mentorship, and performance coaching while continuing to build your own real estate business. You will have access to proven tools, structured systems, and operational resources within a collaborative environment that supports growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership with production and scale sustainably with the right foundation behind you.
First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding resources for new agents and deliver training that supports consistent team performance
- Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve agent satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Support agents with marketing collateral and help execute creative digital and social campaigns to boost visibility and sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations and systems that support your team’s success
- Drive team production and performance goals
- Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline
- Maintain and organize your team’s contact and client database
- Expand and scale your team’s presence within the organization
- Provide ongoing coaching and skill-building support for agents
Qualifications
- Brokers license or ability to obtain one
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Compensation
$140,000 at plan
