Here at CUB we are currently in the process of transforming our eCommerce space & how we partner with our amazing customers, and we are looking for you to join us on this journey of transformation. You will have the opportunity to build both capability & strategy with our senior Sales team members from across the business.
As part of this role, you will manage and drive the sales of the CUB portfolio in partnership with our key customer **Endeavour Group**, through the eCommerce channel to achieve committed outcomes whilst delivering on the significant change agenda to become the liquor eCommerce partner of choice.
This is a 6-month, fixed term position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement an eCommerce strategy for CLG & Independents that aligns with the broader business category strategies.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to inform and refine the eCommerce strategy.
- Oversee the performance and profit and loss of the omni-channel ecosystem.
- Lead initiatives to innovate and expand the online share of business by delivering an exceptional customer experience that meets customer and consumer needs.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and changes that could impact or benefit CUB.
- Ensure the CUB portfolio is optimised on all platforms for peak trade events and address potential issues that could impact performance and sales.
**About You**:
- Proven track record of delivering market-leading commercial and customer outcomes, meeting or exceeding conversion, revenue, and profit targets within the eCommerce space.
- Senior experience developing digital products and/or channels in large, complex organisations requiring extensive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in building, leading, and coordinating project teams, including software vendors and third-party integrators as well experience in developing eCommerce strategies.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with senior leaders alongside managing department and project budgets.
- Preferably experience working with major customers such as Coles, Woolworths, CLG, and EG in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Exceptional dedication to delivering for customers and consumers, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
