Our client is a Government owned corporation who delivers electricty across Queensland with the purpose to safely deliver secure, affordable and sustainable energy solutions with our communities and customers.

Located just outside of the city, the office is based in Newstead in a state of the art buillding that offers great amenities and an opened floor plan with a Cafe, Gym and Restaurant positioned out side the front entrance.

**The role**:

- Training will be provided for the first 5 weeks where you will see yourself learning all aspects of the business to assist you in fielding incoming calls from clients and customers to coordinate guide and deliver solutions.
- Being proactively involved and positively influencing the business's safety culture.
- Supporting and working in a team environment
- Accurately managing service order related activities.

**Requirements**:

- The Contact Centre operates from 6am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday. Suitable applicants will be required to have 100% availability across the spread of hours.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Outstanding customer service skills and issue resolution skills, resilience is essential
- Ability to navigate systems and databases
- Highly self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced and structured environment
- Able to handle repetitious work in a high pressured role
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner on all occasions in the workplace
