Operations is the beating heart of the bank. You will be part of the Banking Operations unit within the Operations and Continuous Improvement. Banking Operations manage all Operations functions relating to Customer Lifecycle and deposit products and their associated payments eg. Term Deposits, Customer Resignations, Customer Onboarding and Telegraphic Transfers.

You will be part of the Customer Operations team within Banking Operations. Your team manage and support Customer lifecycle - Onboarding and Resignations, Term Deposits, Deceased Estate enquiries and Credit Card requests.

You will help customers resolve enquires via electronic channels and by supporting staff that directly impact the customer experience.

The role will also require an analytical approach to a variety of complex situations that may arise. It will require a collaborative outlook and working across various business units to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

**About you**
- 12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry (frontline or back-office experience equally desirable).
- You will not require formal qualifications for this role.
- Be a detail oriented individual.
- Have a problem solving mindset.
- High levels of computer literacy with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to work congruently independently and within a diverse team environment.
