**The Part You’ll Play**
In this role you will sit as a member of our team of 4 HR professionals located around the country. We are passionate and bring diverse experience. As a dispersed team, we make a point to connect digitally as often as possible to advise and back each other whenever needed.

Day-to-Day you will:

- **Advise**: You will provide knowledgeable advice and investigation wherever required to support the people experience of our employees on a wide variety of operational HR matters.
- **Coordinate**:You will be our go-to face of the team to the wider business acting as first touchpoint for HR queries and incoming communication.
- **Build**:You will play a big part in helping us design and optimise processes around functions such as onboarding with a project focus on systemising our approach.
- **Collaborate**: You will work effectively with stakeholders from teams such as Payroll, Compliance and Talent to ensure our key processes run smoothly.

**About You**
You will bring 1-2+ years within a HR Business Partner role or you are an experienced Advisor or Senior Advisor looking to step up. You will bring a highly organised approach with a keen understanding of optimising and defining effective operational HR processes alongside a capability to empower and provide an attitude of support to clinical leaders. Experience within a people-services orientated business will also be well regarded.

You will also bring:

- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Employment Eligibility within Australia.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources will be essential for this role.
- Understanding of how to operate end-to-end employee compliance frameworks will be highly desirable.
